Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Establishing strategy and development pipelines;
- Creating HLD creating development plan of game functionality;
- Practical experience applying AI-assisted tools in game development;
- Identifying game bottlenecks;
- Ensuring products conform to high industry standards;
- Collaborate with engineers architects PO to identify short-term and long-term tasks;
- Review implementations for matching to coding guidelines & architecture;
- Mentoringand growing developers professional skills;
- Provide estimations
- Technical consultation (how to implement better faster etc)
- Driving tech/pipeline improvements
- Support CI/CD pipeline
- Creating guidelines/manuals;
Requirements:
- 5 years developing in Unity
- 4 years of excellent c# 7.0 /.net 4.6
- 3 years experience in managing people and leading a team
- 4 years in mobile game development
- iOS and Android development experience
- Experience with asynchronous programming methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English;
