About Our Client
Our client is a rapidly growing digital marketing and ad-tech organization operating globally and partnering with major advertising platforms to deliver high-performance growth solutions. They support brands in scaling internationally through data-driven creative strategies and advanced campaign optimization.
With a team of 250 specialists across multiple regions in Europe and North America the company is building a fast-paced analytics-driven performance culture.
They are now seeking User Acquisition Mobile Lead for their organization - a hands-on expert who will build and lead our mobile user acquisition system set up tracking and analytics launch initial campaigns and manage a growing team of UA specialists.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Build a complete mobile user acquisition system from scratch (Google App Apple Search Ads Unity Ads and other networks).
- Set up and configure SDKs and MMPs (AppsFlyer Adjust) for tracking and attribution.
- Define events goals and conversion logic for accurate performance measurement.
- Launch initial test campaigns and run cohort and funnel analytics to validate hypotheses.
- Develop frameworks for campaign optimization and scaling.
- Manage and mentor the UAM team (current specialists hiring new team members).
- Collaborate with analytics product and creative teams to align strategy and growth goals.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in mobile performance marketing / user acquisition.
- Proven track record with Google App Campaigns ASA and mobile ad networks (Unity ironSource Applovin etc.).
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution event tracking and MMP setup (AppsFlyer Adjust).
- Hands-on experience with cohort analysis retention tracking and LTV modeling.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills; ability to manage teams and cross-functional projects.
- English Upper-Intermediate (for communication and reporting).
- Experience in Big 6 agencies (GroupM Omnicom Publicis Dentsu Havas IPG) will be a strong advantage.
