In this frontline role youll be the first point of contact for landholders community members and industry stakeholders. Youll juggle a variety of tasksfrom answering enquiries and providing accurate information to keeping the office running smoothly supporting colleagues and assisting with local projects and emergency responses. No two days will be the same and your contribution will help ensure our customers receive responsive professional and friendly service.

What youll be doing:

  • Delivering quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing information and support across agriculture biosecurity natural resource management and other LLS programs.
  • Assisting with service delivery activities and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Supporting local and regional operational plans and projects.
  • Participating in emergency management responses when required.
