We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHead of Transaction Accounts(internally known asProduct Area Lead Transaction Accounts) to lead the strategy performance and delivery of INGs savings and superannuation portfolios. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability (shared with PAL Pricing & Performance) responsible for acquisition retention product governance and compliance.

What youll do

• Lead agile squads and foster a high-performing collaborative team culture.
• Shape and execute a customer-centric product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive acquisition retention and engagement strategies across transaction accounts.
• Ensure product governance regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer journeys and innovative solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

What were looking for

• 15 years experience in product management strategy and delivery within financial services.
• Proven leadership capability and a passion for coaching and team development.
• Proven financial acumen and experience with P&L ownership.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing Business or Commerce.
• Postgraduate qualifications desirable
• Expertise in agile ways of working and stakeholder engagement.
• A customer-obsessed mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
