Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking an experienced Accounts & Office Administrator to support financial and administrative operations for a long-standing high-profile client in Parramatta. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work collaboratively with onsite teams to ensure invoices accounts reporting and general administration are managed efficiently and accurately. This role requires resilience a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate complex office dynamics and hierarchies.
The ideal candidate is resilient organised adaptable and collaborative with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment able to prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
