About the role
As an Accounts Payable Officer you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and payments ensuring accuracy compliance with company policies and timely resolution of queries. You will play a key role in maintaining vendor accounts supporting month-end close activities and strengthening relationships with both internal stakeholders and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their finance career within a collaborative fast-paced AP environment.


Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Officer you will:

  • Process supplier invoices credit notes and payment run in line with AP procedures
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on discrepancies
  • Liaise with purchasing finance and operational teams to ensure correct coding & approvals
  • Maintain vendor accounts and respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally
  • Support process improvements to enhance AP accuracy timeliness and internal controls

About you

To succeed at AIRR you will have:

  • Experience in accounts payable accounts administration or finance support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential) and prior exposure to ERP / AP systems
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • An organised efficient and adaptable approach in a dynamic work environment
