Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Were hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support an Australian automotive dealership. This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines focused on processing invoices reconciling supplier accounts and managing payments in line with Australian standards.

Requirements

3 years of AP experience

Proficient in Xero MYOB or similar

Familiar with Pentana/Auto-IT (a plus)

Strong Excel and communication skills

Experience with Australian payments (EFT BPAY)
