You will focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to a varied and interesting client base including international corporates and global and domestic private equity firms.

Our Transaction Services (TS) team helps clients navigate through our ever-changing commercial landscape through expert vendor/financial due diligence and bid support. This team make up part of the wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close. We help some of the worlds leading companies originate create execute andrealisevalue from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

Whatyoulldo:

• Providing high quality financial due diligence reporting

• Identifyingkey value drivers such as financialcommercialand operational insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives

• Driving financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagements

• Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools across our business enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities

• Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence across Deals

• Conducting sector research andassistingwith the development of thought leadership

Whatwerelooking for:

• Solid technical skills in financial analysis having worked in transactionservicesor in a corporate environment.

• Commercially focused and passionate about understanding deal transactions and its unique value drivers.

• Strong interpersonalverbaland written communication skills Team focused with strongorganisationaland project management skills

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Strong focus on building client relationships - internal and external

• Excellent business writing and Excel skills (experience with financial modelling would beadvantageous)
