About E2E

e2E is a high-growth outsourced services firm that provides fractional CFO CHRO accounting human resources and payroll support to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) along the growth path from entrepreneur to Enterprise. We act as an extension of our clients not a staffing firm or transactional service provider but a strategic partner that helps build a scalable compliant infrastructure while also executing day-to-day accounting and HR operations allowing founders and CEOs to focus on growing their business.

The Role

The Director of Client Acquisition will architect and execute our full revenue strategy. Youll design the revenue engine then get in the drivers seat. From sales and client success to pricing and marketing alignment youll make sure every part of the revenue cycle works together. If you like the idea of building something lasting while still being close to the action youll fit right in. This role blends entrepreneurial hustle with executive leadership perfect for someone who knows how to scale without losing the spirit of a growth company.

What Youll Do

Own top-line growth across sales pricing marketing alignment and client retention

Drive predictable growth through pipeline discipline pricing innovation and client expansion.

Personally engage in deals renewals and executive-level client conversations.

Build a revenue playbook and forecasting rhythm that scales with the business.

Partner with our delivery leaders to make sure clients get more than they expect.

Keep a pulse on SMB and mid-market client needs and collaborate with practice leads to evolve our offerings to meet them.

What Were Looking For

7 years leading sales business development or client success in Professional Services Wealth Management Consumer Services Technology/SaaS or Accounting / HR Services.

Comfortable building innovative digital campaigns and content.

Strong balance of strategy (digital & relational) and execution Youve built repeatable sales motions and arent afraid to test learn and adjust.

Equally comfortable building dashboards and jumping on a sales call.

You know how to connect with Business Owners CEOs Investors and Board Members at growing SMBs.

You want to be part of a company that still feels scrappy but has the resources to scale.
