Job Summary
This is a remote position.
HR Nerd helps small and mid-sized businesses with HR payroll and recruiting. Were expanding our staffing services and looking for a part-time recruiter to help fill client roles while improving our recruiting processes.
What Youll Do
Source and screen candidates for client positions (starting with a Legal Intake/Call Center Specialist role)
Conduct phone interviews and administer skills tests before presenting candidates to clients
Partner with our internal team to improve recruiting workflows
Mentor and train a junior recruiter on best practices (sourcing interviewing candidate evaluation)

Recruiting experience (agency or in-house) across multiple role types
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Organized detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to teach others
