Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily follow up for customers of Immuno-Diagnostics Business especially in the field application work for customers.
- Daily follow up for customers of Microbiology Business especially in the field application work for customers.
- Responsible for Pre-Sales and Marketing Activities under SDG HK
- Establish & achieve Strategic Tasks and Projects aligned with the Manager
- Provide Professional Technical Application Support and Product Training for Customers
- Handle Product Management and Customers Complaints
- May need to work irregular hours for special meetings and marketing events.
- Be responsible for the project implementation
Keys to Success:
Education
- BSc degree in microbiology/biomedical science/biochemistry/biology or equivalence.
Experience
- At least 3 years working experience in field applications preferable in IVD industry.
- Experience on leading the project implementation is preferable.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Highly motivated with passion and target driven.
- Technical strength and demonstration capability is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent partnership and collaboration with global regional and local team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Able to work independently and meet the project schedule.
