Applicants should possess a Bachelors degree or above with at least 5 years full-time work experience in tertiary institutions. They should havean excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills; and the ability to multitask perform diversified duties and work independently as well as under pressure to meet tight deadlines. They should also be very attentive to details and a good team player. Applicants who have experience in administration of self-funded taught post-graduate programmes will be highly preferred. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment asSenior Executive Assistant/ Executive Assistant.
The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative logistical as well as secretarial support to a self-funded taught post-graduate programme and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test and an interview.
