Job Summary
X-Ray Technologist
As an X-Ray Technologist you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and care for a diverse patient population all while working in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate imaging exams as ordered by physicians/providers.
- Administer EKGs and provide results to the physician/provider.
- Apply critical thinking skills and respond appropriately to emergent situations.
- Maintain accurate daily records and ensure the department remains organized.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in all medical records and interactions.
- Correctly utilize imaging equipment and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Perform routine quality control testing to ensure equipment reliability.
- Foster professional respectful interactions with providers co-workers patients and families.
- Accept and complete other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
