Our client is looking for a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to lead the development and execution of digital and social media campaigns.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility fostering audience engagement and supporting overall business growth. Additionally the role is responsible for managing a team member and continuously improving digital marketing practices.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Digital & Social Media Strategies
- Work with the General Manager to develop tailored social media strategies aligned with the clients overall marketing objectives.
- Support the General Manager with the presentation of strategic plans to clients and internal stakeholders for approval.
- Work with the General Manager to set clear KPIs and campaign goals for each client project.
2. Content Planning Creation & Publishing
- Design and manage monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Create engaging and brand-appropriate content (copy reels stories carousels).
- Collaborate with designers and videographers for high-quality visual content production.
- Ensure timely scheduling and publishing of content through Meta Business Suite and other relevant platforms.
3. Social Media Account Management & Community Engagement
- Oversee daily management of client social media accounts (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn TikTok).
- Monitor comments messages and brand mentions ensuring timely responses and community interaction.
- Manage crisis communication on social platforms in collaboration with General Manager and Client Account Manager.
4. Paid Advertising Campaign Management (Meta Platforms & Beyond)
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Instagramand other relevant platforms.
- Conduct audience research segmentation and targeting for optimal ad performance.
- Monitor and make recommendations to adjust campaigns in real-time based on performance data.
5. Analytics Reporting & Performance Optimisation
- Track and analyse social media metrics using Meta Business Suite Insights Google Analytics and other tools.
- Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend and implement optimization strategies to improve engagement reach and conversions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards.
6. Collaboration
- Supervise and manage social media team members.
- Provide guidance on content creation account management and client servicing.
- Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams (creative strategy production).
- Manage workflow task allocation and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
8. Continuous Learning & Innovation
- Stay up to date with platform updates algorithm changes and emerging digital trends.
- Experiment with new content formats tools and strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team through training sessions and workshops.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously with a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong content development skills including copywriting and visual content planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in paid social media advertising across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) with experience in budget optimization and performance tracking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly present strategies insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and time -management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks manage deadlines and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
- Data-driven approach with proven ability to analyze performance metrics interpret insights and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members fostering collaboration and ensuring high -quality output across digital activities.
- A genuine passion for digital marketing social media trends and continuous learning to stay ahead in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business AdministrationCommunications or a related field.
- Advanced Degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Social Media management or Digital Marketing preferably in an Agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite including content scheduling page management ad campaign creation audience targeting and analytics.
- Drivers license (manual) for attending client meetings and production shoots as needed.
