Job Description
Zam Zam Footwear is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with product selection.

Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Maintain store presentation product display and cleanliness.

Support in achieving sales targets and daily store goals.

Handle billing and basic cash management when required.

Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales / customer service (footwear or apparel industry preferred).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Basic knowledge of billing and POS operations is an advantage.

Ability to work in a team and flexible to retail working hours.
