Job Description

Zam Zam Footwear is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for attending walk-in customers understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist them with product selection.

  • Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable options.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.

  • Maintain store presentation product display and cleanliness.

  • Support in achieving sales targets and daily store goals.

  • Handle billing and basic cash management when required.

  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales / customer service (footwear or apparel industry preferred).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

  • Basic knowledge of billing and POS operations is an advantage.

  • Ability to work in a team and flexible to retail working hours.
