Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team in Kalkaji New Delhi. This full-time on-site role is critical to the success of our sales operations providing essential administrative and logistical support to drive sales efficiency and ensure seamless client engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales documentation coordinating client communications tracking leads and supporting the sales team with timely accurate information. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to close deals maintain strong client relationships and meet quarterly targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records including lead tracking deal pipelines and customer information in CRM systems.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports presentations and proposals for client meetings and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure timely follow-ups and documentation of client interactions.
- Support the preparation of quotations contracts and other sales-related documents.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings events and training sessions.
- Monitor and update sales forecasts and performance metrics to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and billing issues promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in sales support customer service or administrative roles within a sales-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
