Salesforce Developer I, Sales Technology, Amazon Advertising, Sales and Partner Enablement

Want to make a difference by delivering business-critical technology and tools that power one of Amazons fastest-growing businesses The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer I to architect and build the next generation of enterprise solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep technical expertise and experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions that drive measurable business impact. As a Salesforce Developer I you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategic system roadmaps influencing key technical and business stakeholders and architecting solutions that scale seamlessly to support our rapidly expanding global operations.

At Amazon Advertising we help millions of customers discover new products through personalized relevant recommendations across the web. Our Advertising Sales teams partner with both new and existing brands to expand their presence on our platforms supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. At the core of our sales technology stack is Salesforce integrated with our suite of 1st-party applications enabling our sales teams to efficiently manage every aspect of the customer journey - from initial lead generation through successful campaign execution. By continuously optimizing these tools and processes we empower our sales teams to focus on what matters most: building strategic partnerships and driving growth in one of Amazons fastest-growing businesses.

Key job responsibilities
Identify opportunities to automate workflows optimize back-end processes and follow established coding standards and best practices. Develop user experiences that streamline business processes assist in building a component library to empower Administrators to deliver features at scale and collaborate with software development teams to build integrations. Support the design and build of new features while assisting with team initiatives. Work under guidance of senior developers and in collaboration with Product Managers and business stakeholders to support requirement gathering and assist with implementation of features. Develop foundational technical skills and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch features in Salesforce. Begin exposure to AWS technologies alongside the primary Salesforce platform with mentorship from senior team members.



- Experience with APIs and technical integrations
- Experience designing developing and deploying business software at scale
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Engineering or related fields
- 2 years Salesforce development experience

- certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer
- 4 years Salesforce development experience
