Salesforce Developer, Sales Technology, Amazon Advertising, Sales and Partner Enablement

This role requires deep technical expertise and experience delivering large-scale enterprise solutions that drive measurable business impact. As a Salesforce Developer you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing strategic system roadmaps influencing key technical and business stakeholders and architecting solutions that scale seamlessly to support our rapidly expanding global operations.

At Amazon Advertising we help millions of customers discover new products through personalized relevant recommendations across the web. Our Advertising Sales teams partner with both new and existing brands to expand their presence on our platforms supported by the Sales & Partner Enablement (SPE) organization. At the core of our sales technology stack is Salesforce integrated with our suite of 1st-party applications enabling our sales teams to efficiently manage every aspect of the customer journey - from initial lead generation through successful campaign execution. By continuously optimizing these tools and processes we empower our sales teams to focus on what matters most: building strategic partnerships and driving growth in one of Amazons fastest-growing businesses.

Key job responsibilities
Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive workflows optimize back-end processes and elevate robust and scalable code-writing practices. Create custom user experiences that streamline business processes build a world-class component library to empower Administrators to deliver more custom features at scale and collaborate with software development teams to build seamless integrations. Design and build new features while helping implement new global initiatives. Operate independently as well as in partnership with Product Managers and business stakeholders for requirement gathering solutions consulting and implementation of new feature-sets. Contribute technical expertise and teamwork capabilities to successfully launch global-scale features in Salesforce and beyond as part of a larger Sales Technology roadmap. Learn and support AWS technologies alongside the primary Salesforce platform focus.

- Experience in automating deploying and supporting large-scale infrastructure
- Experience with APIs and technical integrations
- Experience designing developing and deploying business software at scale
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Engineering or related fields
- Experience in automating deploying and supporting infrastructure
- 4 years Salesforce development experience

- certification as a Salesforce Platform Developer
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- 6 years Salesforce development experience
- Expertise in Salesforce AWS and modern cloud integration architectures
