Merzado is a next-generation B2B marketplace platform designed to connect manufacturers traders wholesalers and service providers with verified buyers across India and global markets. Our mission is to simplify B2B trade by enabling trusted onboarding secure transactions logistics support inspections and business services on a single digital platform.
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role focuses on onboarding businesses onto the Merzado platform building strong seller relationships and helping MSMEs grow using digital B2B tools.
As a Sales Executive you will act as the first point of contact for manufacturers and business owners guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them understand how Merzado can support their business growth.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding verification and activation of sellers on the platform. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to B2B sales startups and digital commerce.
The position requires strong communication skills a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard manufacturers wholesalers traders and service providers onto the Merzado platform
Explain Merzados features offerings and pricing clearly to business owners
Handle outbound calls WhatsApp communication emails and follow-ups
Assist sellers with profile setup KYC submission and product/service listings
Coordinate with internal teams for verification logistics payments and support
Maintain accurate lead and onboarding data in CRM systems
Build long-term relationships with sellers and ensure ongoing engagement
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding and revenue targets
Requirements
01 year experience in sales business development or customer support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable interacting with business owners manufacturers and MSMEs
Basic understanding of sales processes and lead handling
Willingness to make outbound calls and handle WhatsApp/email follow-ups
Ability to learn and use CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Self-motivated target-oriented and eager to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred not mandatory)
