Job Summary
Excessive fees inflexible opening times too much bureaucracy and complicated apps. To us it was clear: it cant go on like that. Thats why we built neon. With neon 250000 clients have a bank account on their smartphone the way they want it to be - fast independent mobile super cheap. And thats only the beginning because neon wants to grow further with you.
Tasks
As a product manager you will be part of our product team and fully responsible for one of our cross-functional product-squads. The squads which are comprised of you as product manager a UX/UI designer and several engineers improves user experience and delivers new solutions end-to-end. You drive ideation prioritization and discovery of these solutions and coordinate work with our product partners. You support the team throughout the implementation and re-evaluate launched features for future improvements.
You develop a solid knowledge of our business our clients banking and trading products and the Swiss Fintech market.
Requirements
- You completed your degree in a relevant field; experience with product management banking behavioral science or user research is a plus
- You have 23 years of experience in product management and/or the fintech or tech industry; however we also welcome applications from candidates with more or less experience
- You are a hands-on person that does not shy away from the speed a start-up is facing
- You bring a passion for solving customer needs with mobile / digital products and you value the beauty of simple solutions and an impeccable user experience
- You are fluent in English German is considered a plusAny previous experiences with our PM tool stack is a bonus: Figma Jira Confluence Bitbucket Postman Firebase
