Join us as our new Head of Global Portfolio Governance

We are looking for a new colleague to join the Global Portfolio & Innovation team in dietary supplements to describe facilitate and implement effective yet simple processes and governance of the innovation pipeline across the full Human Health organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills and experience from innovation R&D and commercial roles in the human health industry.

Welcome to the Global Portfolio & Innovation Team

You will join the Global Portfolio and Innovation Team in the Human Health Biosolutions (HHB) Unit. Anchored in this team you will report to the Director of Global Portfolio & Innovation Human Health Biosolutions and work cross-functionally across all Health Categories and with R&D and other Business Areas.

You will have a dotted line to the VP of Strategy Portfolio & Marketing in HHB and collaborate closely leading the Innovation Pipeline and Governance across HHB.

You will become a part of an ambitious dynamic and international team with half of the team working in Denmark and the rest working in several European and Asian countries.

The Global Portfolio & Innovation Team collaborate in a stimulating environment focused on developing and managing game-changing science-based BioSolutions across Health Categories and different market segments (B2B B2C) establishing Novonesis leadership in the dietary supplement space.

The role does not have any direct reports.

In this role youll make an impact by:

Gathering insights data and information to create crisp and clear communications targeted to senior and executive management. You will also play a key role in the governance and management of the entire HHB Innovation Pipeline through securing data quality and analysis.

You will support the definition and implementation of processes and governance within Innovation in Human Health to ensure the HHB strategy is successfully translated into an opportunity roadmap improving the value of the full pipeline across Human Health. You will support the Health Categories within Dietary Supplement with processes and alignment within the larger Novonesis organization. You will work closely with senior management and other Teams within the HHB and R&D to ensure alignment across.

In this role you will primarily be working with:

• Manage the process for a healthy and innovative pipeline of projects for Human Health incl. guidance alignment and monitoring of pipeline value and resource spending

• Drive coordination and successful execution of Innovation Board activities with senior management

• Drive the definition and implementation of the HHB innovation processes and governance setup

• Coordinate and host training activities related to the Novonesis stage-gate model to fit the HHB organization

You will thrive in this role if you bring some of the following:

• Broad knowledge of innovation processes in biotechnology and/or health industry with an understanding of R&D activities

• Hold a degree in biotechnology pharmaceutical nutritional science engineering or alike

• A collaborative spirit and enjoy connecting to a large variety of stakeholders

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English both written and verbal.
