- Identify and secure new business opportunities in assigned sectors.
- Develop partnerships with customs port authorities and government agencies.
- Prepare business proposals negotiate agreements and manage client accounts.
- Monitor government policies market trends and competitor activities.
- Report business development progress to management.

- Kastam Matters: Manage customs clearance processes bonded warehouse licensing and import/export compliance.
- Marine Matters: Develop ferry and port-related projects liaise with marine regulators.
- Duty-Free Matters: Explore partnerships in retail tourism and free-zone operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or Logistics.
- 24 years business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of customs marine or telco regulations.
- Excellent communication networking and negotiation skills.

- Established contacts with government/regulatory agencies.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
