Job Summary

Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Liaising closely with Inside Sales providing status of Backlog Schedule start and completion dates of orders in weekly build plan
Follow up sales orders to closure until shipment is confirmed
Maintain planned orders in Oracle. Establish and maintain order priority
Track work order performance (yield/ output). Report and publish any exceptions immediately to superior
Implement EOL list and coordinate product conversions with engineering
Plan and execute RMA replacements rework and purge parts
Coordinate material shortages with buyers
Responsible for demand fulfilment implementation and control and inventory management
Responsible for Customer Delight OTD WIP & Finished Goods (FG) target and Safety Stocks Allocation Plan.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management / related disciplines.
Min 2 years in product planning/ scheduling or similar capacity.
Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc
Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
Computer software knowlegde etc : Microsoft Window.
