DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising closely with Inside Sales providing status of Backlog Schedule start and completion dates of orders in weekly build plan
- Follow up sales orders to closure until shipment is confirmed
- Maintain planned orders in Oracle. Establish and maintain order priority
- Track work order performance (yield/ output). Report and publish any exceptions immediately to superior
- Implement EOL list and coordinate product conversions with engineering
- Plan and execute RMA replacements rework and purge parts
- Coordinate material shortages with buyers
- Responsible for demand fulfilment implementation and control and inventory management
- Responsible for Customer Delight OTD WIP & Finished Goods (FG) target and Safety Stocks Allocation Plan.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management / related disciplines.
- Min 2 years in product planning/ scheduling or similar capacity.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc
- Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools.
- Computer software knowlegde etc : Microsoft Window.
