About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned strategic and results-oriented HR professional to join us as a Senior Manager HR. This is a pivotal role designed to be the engine of our new HR strategy transforming our human resources function into a true strategic partner to the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a new-age HR leader who has successfully built and managed sophisticated HR frameworks in a fast-paced environment. This individual will blend strategic design with hands-on execution taking the lead on critical initiatives while mentoring and developing existing HR team members. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnering: Act as a strategic HR business partner providing expert counsel and assisting in the implementation of the new HR roadmap. Translate business needs into actionable HR strategies and programs.
- Talent Acquisition: Handle the organizations end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire talent aligned with our mission. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Performance & Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of our new Performance Management System (PMS). Drive the annual talent review and succession planning processes to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- HR Analytics & Systems Management: Manage HR dashboards to track key metrics and provide data-driven insights. Lead the management and optimization of the organizations Human Resources Management System (HRMS).
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Manage complex and sensitive employee relations issues. Utilize data from surveys to develop and implement targeted employee engagement initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor members of the HR team fostering a culture of high performance accountability and continuous learning.
Candidate Qualifications & Skills:
- Academic Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized University.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with at least 3 years in a strategic role such as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
- Essential Skills:
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HR analytics and hands-on experience with leading HRMS platforms.
- Strategic HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of the entire HR spectrum including talent management performance management employee relations and compensation & benefits.
- Mentoring: Proven ability to lead mentor and develop an HR team.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication negotiation and influencing skills.
- Personal Characteristics: A high degree of personal ownership integrity resilience and a genuine passion for social impact. Experience working with NGOs development organizations or social enterprises is highly desirable.
