Job Summary

Job Description:

• Prepare monthly MIS financial statement P&L Balance Sheets and cashflow statements
• Assist management to monitor project budgets conducting regular budget reviews to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Coordinate with accounts team to ensure adherence to company’s accounting SOPs and industry standards.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting journal entries ledgers and reconciliations.
• Oversee all direct and indirect tax compliances (GST TDS PF PT ESIC etc.).
• Coordinate with project managers accounts procurement and inventory team ensuring accuracy in project cashflow management for smooth and timely execution of projects.
• Perform cost analyses cost variance and profitability assessments.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities providing insights for financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with company’s financial regulations and standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all project related finances reporting to Management and auditors.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in tally or equivalent accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing industry financial practices.
• Advanced proficiency in managing general ledgers journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) would be advantageous.
