You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Dispatcher you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls to technicians and field personnel in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as the main point of contact for incoming service requests assessing the urgency and priority of each call and assigning appropriate resources to address the issue.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive prioritize and assign service calls to technicians and field personnel
- Monitor technician progress and provide updates to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls including details of customer issues and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers technicians and other team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Coordinate emergency response efforts and escalate urgent issues as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
-Must be bilingual (Spanish English)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or dispatching role preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications and software including Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of dispatching software and systems is a plus
