About the Role

We are seeking ahands-on Maintenance Supervisorto lead our 3rd-shift team responsible for Easton Town Centers facilities and related properties. This role oversees a small team of Maintenance Technicians supports safe and efficient operations and performs skilled repairs across the campus.

What Youll Do

Leadership & Team Support

• Supervise coach and develop 3rd-shift Maintenance Technicians.
• Assign and prioritize nightly work ensure completion and maintain high service standards.
• Support onboarding training and accountability for team success.

Maintenance & Technical Work

• Perform and oversee repairs on electrical mechanical plumbing fire protection and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond to and resolve work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and ensure proper use of tools equipment and safety procedures.

Documentation & Communication

• Complete work orders logs and repair records accurately.
• Monitor and report inventory needs for parts and supplies.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to help reduce maintenance expenses and improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or technical training preferred).
• Previousmaintenance experiencerequired ideally in a campus environment such as a retail center university hotel or large residential community.
• Priorsupervisory or lead experiencerequired.
• Working knowledge of building systems (electrical mechanical plumbing fire protection building automation).
• Basic computer skills; experience with work order systems a plus.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (walking lifting up to 25 lbs climbing kneeling etc.).

• Exposure to weather varying surfaces and moderate to loud noise.
• Uses standard office technology radios tools and maintenance equipment.
