WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Program Support and Client Systems Officers to join our Community and Allied Health teamworking in ourMount Barkerand Victor Harbor sites. These temporary full-time roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of vital health services across the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region.

As a key part of a multidisciplinary team you will provide high-quality administrative and client system support to staff clients and service users. From managing appointments and maintaining records to supporting program delivery and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations your work will help enable better health outcomes for the community.

  • Temporary Full Time up to 31 August 2027 (Victor Harbor)
  • Temporary Full Time up to 31 August 2026 (Mount Barker)

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide professional reception and telephone services ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accurately
  • Deliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management including data entry record keeping and invoicing
  • Assist in the coordination of appointments resources and events to support smooth program operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace
