APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation positioned at the intersection of music data and technology. We have more than 124000 members who are songwriters composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play perform copy or record our members music and we distribute the royalties to our members.
The Credit Officer will manage internal debt processes for most APRA and AMCOS client accounts. Responsibilities include conducting debt collection via phone and email overseeing reminder communications.
The role is based in our Ultimo office which is on Gadigal land.
As aCredit Officer your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone and email debt collection (minimum 50 contacts daily)
- Managing inbound client calls shared inbox and maintaining accurate client records
- Performing client account reconciliations and overseeing payment plans or extended credit
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the Credit Team

- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Intermediate Excel skills
