Pharmacy & Clinical Care Officer

Are you a qualified Pharmacist looking to broaden your impact beyond the dispensary Join Star Pharmacy Group as a Pharmacy & Clinical Care Officer where youll help shape the growth and professional standards of one of Australias leading pharmacy networks.

This is a part-time six-month contract position based at our National Support Office in Kent Town Adelaide working approximately 2025 hours per week. Youll enjoy a mix of office-based and field work with occasional travel to pharmacies across our network.

About the Role

In this role youll be instrumental in building capability driving professional services and ensuring operational excellence across our pharmacies. You will:

• Deliver pharmacist inductions and on-site training for pharmacists interns and support staff.
• Support the Intern Training Program (ITP) rollout and coordinate ongoing professional development.
• Drive clinical and professional services adoption across the network.
• Conduct workflow and operations analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with Area Managers to provide practical support and guidance at the store level.
  
  

About You

Youre an experienced proactive and adaptable pharmacist who enjoys developing others and improving pharmacy practice.

Youll bring:

• Full AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia.
• Experience in community pharmacy and delivering professional services with strong clinical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• A background in Adult Education (preferred)
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• A collaborative hands-on approach to problem solving.
