Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to ensure a smooth efficient and professional work environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations managing administrative functions and collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Maintain organize and update company records reports and files systematically.

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars arrange meetings appointments and coordinate events.

  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication.

  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies facilities and vendor management.

  • Client Support: Assist in handling client queries correspondence and relationship management.

  • Human Resources Support: Support HR activities such as onboarding attendance tracking and employee engagement.

  • Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to organizational policies legal requirements and compliance standards.

  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to ongoing projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect maintain and analyze data to prepare accurate reports for management.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

  • Knowledge of compliance and HR practices is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
