We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to ensure a smooth efficient and professional work environment. The candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations managing administrative functions and collaborating across departments to ensure efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Maintain organize and update company records reports and files systematically.
Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars arrange meetings appointments and coordinate events.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication.
Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations including supplies facilities and vendor management.
Client Support: Assist in handling client queries correspondence and relationship management.
Human Resources Support: Support HR activities such as onboarding attendance tracking and employee engagement.
Compliance and Procedures: Ensure adherence to organizational policies legal requirements and compliance standards.
Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to ongoing projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Data Management and Reporting: Collect maintain and analyze data to prepare accurate reports for management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Knowledge of compliance and HR practices is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
