About the Role
The school is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle admission enquiries follow-ups and conversions. The role involves interacting with parents explaining school offerings and supporting the admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to parents for admission enquiries.
Explain school facilities curriculum fee structure and admission process.
Follow up on leads from various sources (walk-ins website social media referrals etc.).
Maintain enquiry records and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
Schedule school visits counselling sessions and interaction rounds.
Achieve monthly admission/enquiry conversion targets.
Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with the front desk and admissions team for smooth processing.
Provide feedback to the management regarding parent expectations and queries.

Minimum 13 years of telesales/telecalling/admissions experience (education sector preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Pleasant and confident phone etiquette.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel CRM).
