Job Summary

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing screening and shortlisting candidates for various positions.

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

  • Maintain confidentiality of HR data at all times.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks.

  • Handle documentation filing and data entry.

  • Support the procurement of office supplies and ensure availability of required materials.

  • Coordinate with vendors service providers and logistics partners.

  • Assist in managing office maintenance housekeeping and facility-related tasks.

  • Help in organizing meetings events and other office activities.



Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree (BBA HR MBA HR preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR processes is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality.
