Role Overview: Pre-Sales (18 Years)
We are hiring Pre-Sales talent across levelsfrom Junior Executives to Senior Pre-Sales Specialists.
You will handle inbound leads understand the business and technical requirements prepare proposal drafts coordinate with BAs/Tech teams and support the sales process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Discovery
Handle inbound WhatsApp website email and call-based leads
Understand client needs: scope budget timeline industry tech needs
Ask structured questions to evaluate opportunity fit
Share relevant case studies and capabilities
Pre-Sales Documentation
Prepare initial proposal drafts estimates and capability decks
Create requirement summaries discovery notes and qualification documents
Assist in preparing PRD/BRD-level details if needed
Prepare demo scripts or walkthrough documents
Internal Coordination
Work closely with Business Analysts Tech Leads Design Team and Sales
Schedule discovery calls and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain CRM with lead stage notes and communication logs
Customer Communication
Conduct pre-sales calls to gather requirements
Present past work success stories and EngineerBabu capabilities
Build confidence and trust with founders CTOs and business stakeholders
Senior-Level Responsibilities (For 48 Years Experience)
Lead proposal creation end-to-end
Prepare detailed SOWs timelines and costing (with team input)
Conduct requirement workshops
Support RFP/RFI responses
Mentor junior pre-sales team members
Required Skills
18 years experience in Pre-Sales Inside Sales Business Analyst or Customer Success roles
Excellent English communication (spoken written)
Strong understanding of App/Web development lifecycle
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language
Good documentation skills (proposals scope requirement notes)
Experience with CRM tools
Confident on calls with senior stakeholders
