Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mutual Fund Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on mutual fund products handling investment queries executing transactions and ensuring smooth customer service. This role requires strong communication skills financial awareness and the ability to manage client portfolios efficiently.

Salary - Upto 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Advisory

Assist clients in understanding various mutual fund schemes and selecting suitable investment options.
Provide timely responses to client queries concerns and service requests.
Conduct need-based financial assessments and recommend investment solutions accordingly.

Operations & Transactions

Process purchase redemption switch and SIP transactions accurately.
Ensure timely submission and verification of documents (KYC FATCA bank details etc.).
Coordinate with AMCs R&Ts and internal teams for smooth execution of MF operations.

Portfolio Management & Reporting

Track client portfolios and provide periodic updates/performance reports.
Monitor market trends NAV movements and fund performance.
Assist in rebalancing portfolios based on client goals and market scenarios.
