Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive with strong communication and lead-conversion skills to drive business growth through outreach follow-ups and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and follow up on leads through calls emails and CRM.

  • Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable products/solutions.

  • Schedule demos/meetings for the sales team.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.

  • Achieve monthly targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • 13 years of inside sales or telesales experience.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and close leads.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
