The Office of Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) supports the Police and Crime Commissioner serving Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The OPCC provides a link between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary (HIOWC) and the communities they serve through setting the budget and holding the Chief Constable to account in the delivery of an efficient and effective service.
Join our dedicated Estates Team and help maintain the buildings that support HIOWC in keeping our communities safe.
About the role
Were looking for a proactive and hands-on Facilities Officer to help us deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse police estate. Youll be the eyes and ears on the ground spotting issues before they escalate engaging with building users and ensuring our facilities remain safe compliant and fit for purpose.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. From supporting building projects and relocations to supervising contractors and maintaining custodial facilities youll play a key part in keeping our estate running smoothly.
