Key Requirements

• Fluency in Ukrainian and good command of English (minimum B2 level) are required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management

• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting forecasting and strategic financial planning.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on development and empowerment.

• Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering measurable results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to think strategically and adapt to evolving business environments.
