Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at OMNIC

Join OMNIC a leader in Self-Service Solutions for Logistics Retail and HoReCa as our Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this dynamic role you will develop and execute a global technology strategy that aligns with our long-term business goals focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives that ensure measurable improvements in cost efficiency and delivery speed in our groundbreaking projects.

Key Requirements

  • Fluency in Ukrainian and English (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar role with a track record of leading digital transformation efforts.

  • Minimum of 10 years of IT leadership experience with expertise in automation cloud technologies and system integrations.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance regulations.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and foster a culture of innovation.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience or strong understanding of IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and R&D processes is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in a hybrid or onsite model in Poland.
