Today we are launching a new direction the investment vertical of the holding. We are hiring aChief Legal Officer who will architect the legal strategy and build a high-performance legal & compliance function: overseeing fund formation and governance drafting and negotiating LPAs and investment documents enabling compliant cross-border dealmaking and portfolio operations managing regulatory licensing and relations safeguarding IP and data privacy and instituting robust policies risk controls ethics and oversight of external counsel. About the project

Developing an investment framework that turns promising assets into scalable capital. Focus: multi-sector investments. We step in as investor auditor and controllershaping strategy ensuring transparency and managing risk without getting bogged down in operations. Thats why decisions are faster capital works harder and returns become a predictable outcomenot a lucky break.

Key Requirements

  • Higher legal education.
  • 5 years of experience as Head of Legal in a corporate group.
  • Experience working in multi-segment companies.
  • Experience in international law and cross-border projects.
  • Deal support experience: M&A real estate development and financing transactions.
  • Experience with the following jurisdictions: Cyprus UAE BVI (preferably also France and Austria).
  • Skills in asset structuring international law and regulatory disclosures/filings.
  • Ability to work with legal-tech / online legal platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and AI tools.
  • English C1 level.
  • Resilience under pressure.
  • Strong leadership skills including communication and staff motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead the legal department (up to 10 people): hiring goal-setting KPI/OKR management mentoring quality and deadlines.
  • Manage external consultants and law firms.
  • Provide legal support for transactions.
  • Oversee contracting: review/negotiation of agreements and minutes; create templates and control the contract workflow (CLM).
  • Analyze and select jurisdictions for structuring and optimization (EU/UK Cyprus UAE etc.).
  • Prepare responses to foreign banks and institutions.
  • Manage the groups corporate structure (residents and non-residents): registers reporting and corporate actions.
  • Produce reporting across all legal workstreams.
  • Primarily project work (90%) with a limited litigation component (10%).
  • Business travel as needed for deal execution and meetings: Europe UAE.
