Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is a medium-sized rural health service that delivers a range of programs and services including acute subacute residential aged care and allied and primary health care services. KDHS has three campuses located in the townships of Kyabram Stanhope and Tongala.

The Integrated Health Promotion Officer is responsible for supporting the ongoing key health promotion priority areas for Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS).
The role will be expected to engage and work collaboratively with local stakeholders and community to develop deliver and evaluate health promotion activities. The Integrated Health Promotion Officer will identify population health trends and emerging health needs using a variety of methods which may include statistical data analysis research and consultation.
The role will plan coordinate implement and evaluate health promotion initiatives across all areas of the KDHS catchment through a holistic approach to maintaining and improving health as well as preventing illness. This approach recognizes the physical mental social cultural spiritual and environmental aspects that impact on population health and wellbeing.
