Job Description

Were Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Mexico City (Anzures Darwin)

A fast-growing company in the tech and digital services sector is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its commercial team. This role is critical in fueling the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and building relationships with high-impact B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus 100% on prospecting and qualifying leads

  • Cold call to open and engage large B2B accounts

  • Schedule meetings and manage initial conversations for the sales team

  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up

  • Create initial proposals and hand off clear briefs to the account team

  • Collaborate directly with the CEO and commercial team to help drive deal closures

Requirements

  • 12 years of B2B sales experience preferably in fintech financial services tax or SaaS sectors

  • Intermediate English level

  • Experience with CRM systems and consultative sales methodologies

  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

  • A hands-on proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Contract Type and Work Modality

  • Full-time permanent position

  • On-site role based in Mexico City (Anzures Darwin)
