A fast-growing company in the tech and digital services sector is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its commercial team. This role is critical in fueling the sales pipeline by generating qualified leads and building relationships with high-impact B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities
Focus 100% on prospecting and qualifying leads
Cold call to open and engage large B2B accounts
Schedule meetings and manage initial conversations for the sales team
Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up
Create initial proposals and hand off clear briefs to the account team
Collaborate directly with the CEO and commercial team to help drive deal closures
Requirements
12 years of B2B sales experience preferably in fintech financial services tax or SaaS sectors
Intermediate English level
Experience with CRM systems and consultative sales methodologies
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
A hands-on proactive attitude and willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
