Job Summary

We are focused on helping Construction Environmental & Emergency Response industries battle the labor shortage!

We pride ourselves in hiring and placing high quality personnel with our clients.

We are looking to add a experienced business development associate to our team. Business development associates will have experience with the following:

Establish a pipeline with target companies in our sector
Work with existing accounts to help expand average customer value
Close new accounts on a consistent basis
Work with recruiting to adjust / align as needed
Help implement sales culture and expand
We are looking to expand into 3 locations within the next 12 months so this is a great opportunity for those that are looking to get in on the ground floor!

Experience with sales in the staffing / recruiting space is a huge plus!

If you match all the experience requirements and experienced w/ the staffing / recruiting space - base range: $75k - $100k!

Commission packages also available based on total amount of sales generated. Typically will add about $25000 - $50000 commission per year.
