Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager specializing in IT Managed Services to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Chennai or Cochin. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will drive growth manage client relationships and expand our market presence within the IT infrastructure domain.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in utilizing cloud computing platforms to enhance business operations and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the ITIL framework to streamline IT service management and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks ensuring protection of client and company data.
  • Demonstrated success in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Strong skills in business development strategies aimed at driving growth and increasing market share.
  • Proficient in market analysis to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights for strategic planning.
  • Expertise in contract negotiation securing beneficial agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage sales processes and client relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand EIL Globals presence in the IT managed services sector.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking industry events and client referrals.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand growth prospects and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align business development strategies with customer needs and technological advancements.
  • Lead contract negotiations seeking favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the companys offerings competitive and innovative.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to the senior management team.
