Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Development Manager specializing in IT Managed Services to join our dynamic team in Bangalore Chennai or Cochin. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will drive growth manage client relationships and expand our market presence within the IT infrastructure domain.

- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand growth prospects and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align business development strategies with customer needs and technological advancements.
- Lead contract negotiations seeking favorable terms and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the companys offerings competitive and innovative.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities pipeline status and market feedback to the senior management team.
