POSITION SUMMARY

The Field Service Technician is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments and values safety teamwork and customer satisfaction. EnerStar is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our results-driven this role youll be at the forefront of supporting our clients with rig moves new setups rig releases and infield repairsmaking a direct impact every day.

Youll work closely with our Lead Service Tech and Field Service Supervisor ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with clients. If youre someone who takes pride in craftsmanship enjoys travel and wants to grow into leadership this is your opportunity to build a career with purpose.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
• Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
• Communicate with Lead Service Tech/Field Service Supervisor on a regular basis
• Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure all tickets are signed prior to leaving location
• Maintain safe efficient and quality service while on client locations
• Promote quality assurance to clients
• Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned

Travel:The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.

• Willingness and ability to properly wear and utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as required
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Ability to be on call
• Able to work nights and weekends if needed
• Able and willing to travel out of town as needed
• Able to run electronic software including but not limited to smart phones computers metering devices etc
• General handyman skills desired but not required

• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a regular basis
