This role is full time in office in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Post Closing Specialist to join the Operations team at Deephaven Mortgage. The Post Closing Specialist will participate in the loan delivery process providing a heightened focus on coverage and assistance to optimize processes and increase efficiencies while ensuring accuracy completeness and quality of assets being delivered. As a Post Closing Specialist you will need to work in our office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
What Youll Do
Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the loan delivery process and automate manual processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate with title companies investors and 3rd party vendors.
Receive check- in image and ship collateral and final documents to custodian.
Obtain Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Policies
Maintain accurate record of received documentation.
Handle post-purchase loan activities including on-boarding loan data to servicer.
Process and ship high volume of documentation
Track and follow up on outstanding documents.
This role is NOT REMOTE and requires working from our office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC.
What We Need
Associate degree or 1-3 years of experience in mortgage related industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel
