This role is full time in office in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Post Closing Specialist to join the Operations team at Deephaven Mortgage. The Post Closing Specialist will participate in the loan delivery process providing a heightened focus on coverage and assistance to optimize processes and increase efficiencies while ensuring accuracy completeness and quality of assets being delivered. As a Post Closing Specialist you will need to work in our office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.

What Youll Do

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the loan delivery process and automate manual processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

• Communicate with title companies investors and 3rd party vendors.

• Receive check- in image and ship collateral and final documents to custodian.

• Obtain Recorded Mortgages and Final Title Policies

• Maintain accurate record of received documentation.

• Handle post-purchase loan activities including on-boarding loan data to servicer.

• Process and ship high volume of documentation

• Track and follow up on outstanding documents.

• This role is NOT REMOTE and requires working from our office located in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte NC.

What We Need

• Associate degree or 1-3 years of experience in mortgage related industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure with professionalism.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel
