Role OverviewWere seeking a Marketing Event Coordinator who can turn strategy into action. Youll take content from our speakers repurpose it into social posts and email campaigns and coordinate logistics for national conferences. This is an executional role: youll run the playbook track deliverables and ensure details dont slip.
Key Responsibilities Social & Content Ops: Schedule and post content across social platforms; repurpose speaker content; manage creative briefs for simple edits.
Event Logistics: Coordinate timelines vendor/venue communication travel details and event collateral checklists.
Campaign Execution: Support marketing launches with coordinated emails and social posts; track deadlines and delivery.
Reporting: Capture and share simple metrics (impressions clicks attendance).
Required Skills & Experience Proven ability to execute social media posting scheduling and light editing.
Strong organizational skills for event and conference planning.
Comfort with email marketing tools calendars and content workflows.
Familiarity with KPIs (reach engagement attendance) and reporting basics.
Bonus: Background in healthcare/education marketing.
Soft Skills Reliable accountable and proactive in communication.
Detail-oriented under deadlines especially in Q4 surge periods.
Yes if mindset: find solutions rather than barriers.
Able to work independently while syncing with COO and leadership.
