Responsibilities
Position Purpose: As a senior product designer you will manage and evolve our design system ensuring consistency across digital platforms and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality user interfaces. This role operates on a hybrid basis with 4 days in office.
Primary duties will include:
- Manage and evolve the design system ensuring scalability consistency and alignment across teams.
- Design reusable components that adhere to best practices and enhance user experiences.
- Use Figma to manage and update design libraries applying design tokens and components across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers UX designers and product teams to implement the design system across digital products.
- Develop and maintain documentation for design system components.

Qualifications
To land this role you will need: -
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing token-based design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma including managing design libraries and components.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design system expertise and scalable solutions.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
