W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is hiring a Part Time Beverage & Food Reservations & Sales Agent. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Beverage & Food Department with the coordination of key aspects of the day-to-day department activities including reservations activations reporting and administration. Your core responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Ensure that all phones are managed in a professional manner according to brand guidelines
- Manage all group enquiries that pertain to the outlets that wont be managed by the Sales & Marketing team
- Ensure that your presence is made in front of house areas and that relationship building with both W Brisbane Talent potential clients and existing clients is at the forefront of your day
- Prepare proposals and contracts as required for events being held in the outlets
- Conduct Insider Tours and Familiarisation visits where required for prospective clients (this may involve time outside of normal business working hours and familiarisation weekends)
