The Coordinator Office and Sites will support smooth operations across the organisation by overseeing site/asset management and administrative functions.
This position will also be expected to travel to various sites (located across Brisbane Moreton Bay and the Sunshine Coast) as required to meet the duties of the role.
Hours of Work
Applicants with the capacity to work full-time hours (76h 00m per fortnight) are preferred however applicants with part-time availability will be considered. Part-time applicants must be available to work a minimum of 60h 48m per fortnight.

Qualifications & Training
While tertiary qualifications are preferred equivalent experience will be considered. See Desirable section for further information.
Skills Knowledge & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role and/or other relevant role(s).
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in supervising and supporting staff.
- Strong communication interpersonal and organisational skills including an ability to work autonomously or as part of a team and adapt to various circumstances as necessary to support the organisation.
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles of social justice as well as a demonstrated capacity to use a strengths-based approach.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills including familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
History Checks & Clearances
The successful applicant will be required to apply for certain mandatory Personal and Criminal History Checks. This position is required to hold a satisfactory/positive result for the following:
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- LCS2 (Personal and Criminal History Check)
- NDIS Worker Screening
- A valid open drivers license (Queensland).
Note it is an offence for a disqualified person to sign off on a Blue Card application form.
Desirable
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration Project Management Property Management Human Services or other relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience with or understanding of current social issues and how they may affect marginalised community members and groups.
